Without using the MeinEinkauf.ch service, the shipping costs to Switzerland are €13.99 plus any customs duties.
After receipt of your payment, your order will be sent to the address you have provided as soon as possible. Our shipments are sent via DHL and usually take 2-5 working days to reach you.
It takes 5-10 working days to ship canvas art by DHL after ordering.
When shipping to Switzerland, there may be delays due to customs regulations.
When handing over the package, please check whether your goods are damaged and have the courier acknowledge any damage. This allows us to arrange a hassle-free refund or a new delivery to you.
Note : Small and light items (patches, face masks, key rings, etc.) are sent by letter, so that shipping to a packing station is not possible.
Shipping Austria/ Switzerland:
Items such as patches, stickers, wristbands, gear supplies, coupons, coins, keychains, and mugs may take 5-8 business days to get to you.
The shipping of canvas art to Austria takes 5-10 working days after ordering via DHL.
If an item doesn't fit or you don't like it, please send it back to us within the 14-day cancellation period. The return costs are to be borne by the buyer. The return address is:

This is how you can prevent complaints:
- Test us before placing a larger order
If you are planning an order for you and your team and are unsure about sizes, cuts or colors, then simply take a look at our size chart or order a single product first to test the size
- Check your email order confirmation immediately
If you make a typo in the selected motif or the address, then send us an email to email@example.com immediately after receiving the order confirmation, and we will clarify with our dispatch warehouse whether the order can still be changed.
- Schedule time buffers
We're fast, but we don't guarantee that your order will be with you tomorrow. Sometimes there are problems with a motif, sometimes individual products are not in stock. Please understand if things don't go as quickly as usual.
