Information about processing and shipping times
We ship daily from Monday to Friday. If items are in stock, the shipping time (within Germany) is usually. 2-4 business days. If you ordered from another country, please note our shipping information .
If you have ordered additional items together with a pre-order, for the sake of the environment we will send these items together with the pre-ordered items as soon as we receive them. The expected shipping date for pre-orders can be found on the respective product page.
Canvas prints and items that can be personalized have a different delivery time of approx. 7-10 working days. The respective delivery time can be found on the product page under "Shipping information". If you have ordered additional items together with, for example, a product that can be personalized, these will usually be shipped together.
Information on shipment tracking
Whenever an order leaves our warehouse, you will receive a shipping notification. You can also find your tracking number here. If the specified delivery time has already passed and you have not received a notification or a package, please contact our support .
You can check the status of your order on this page. For this you need the tracking number or your order number and e-mail. If you don't see an input field, please reload the page.
If you want to change a delivery, this is often possible directly via the website of the shipping service provider. To do this, go to the respective website (e.g. DHL) and enter your tracking number there.
