The ultra-light, densely woven nylon fabric protects against wind and - with regular care of the DWR coating - also against light rain.
Windrunner® would also be an ideal piece of clothing for jogging. Mesh vents in the armpits allow air to circulate.
On cooler days, the jacket can be worn over a fleece to keep body heat in and the wind chilling you.
The large channel pocket offers space for a hat, gloves or a buff. Two small flat pockets inside the large pocket help organize small items like a smartphone or card holder.
