It doesn't matter whether you ordered an item that was wrong, too small or too big, you can easily return it to us. You have 14 days for a general return within the scope of the right of withdrawal . An exchange is also possible.
Of course, you can also return items to us that are damaged or defective. In any case, please let us know on the return form how we should proceed (exchange or refund).
A return form is included with your order. If you didn't receive the form or lost it, you can download it here. Return slips are not created.

The process in three steps
Step 1
Pack the items you want to return and fill out the return slip. If necessary, supplement it with further information.
Step 2
Send the item(s) back to us using a shipping service provider of your choice. Please use suitable shipping packaging for this.
Step 3
When your package reached us, we will process your return immediately. Depending on the case, we will contact you or you will receive a refund directly.

If an item doesn't fit or you don't like it, please send it back to us within the 14-day cancellation period. The return costs are to be borne by the buyer. We can only fully refund the purchase price if the item is unworn and in the original packaging! Please note that hygiene items cannot be exchanged!
An item in your order is faulty or has a defect? Then please fill out the return form and send the item back to us. In this case, you will receive a refund from us for the price of the return shipment. Please note : We can only fully refund the purchase price if the item has not been worn and is in the original packaging!
